ADCIM has experience with exploratory investigations on non-suspect building sites, through to complex detailed investigations on contaminated industrial sites.

In soil investigation, the general quality of the soil is determined in order to assess whether it is suitable for the intended purpose.

A soil investigation is used for purposes including determining the value of a plot in connection with ownership assignment, environmental or building permit applications, or realising a zoning plan amendment.

In each investigation, account is taken of the applicable investigation protocols.
